Prestige Estates Projects soars on launching Evergreen at Prestige Raintree Park, Bengaluru
Prestige Estates Projects is currently trading at Rs. 1542.20, up by 44.35 points or 2.96% from its previous closing of Rs. 1497.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1520.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1546.15 and Rs. 1510.90 respectively. So far 2834 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1812.40 on 22-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1048.30 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1589.40 and Rs. 1475.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 64516.93 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.94%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.43% and 2.62% respectively.
Prestige Estates Projects has launched Evergreen at Prestige Raintree Park, its latest premium residential development located in Whitefield, Bengaluru. Evergreen at Prestige Raintree Park is planned on around 24 acres of land and comprises around 2,000 apartments, with a total saleable area of 3.2 million square feet. The project offers a well-curated mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom residences, catering to evolving urban lifestyle preferences. Apartments are priced starting from around Rs 92 lakh onwards, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of about Rs 5,000 crore.
