Prestige Estates Projects moves up on entering into joint venture with ABIL Group
Prestige Estates Projects is currently trading at Rs. 1328.60, up by 10.40 points or 0.79% from its previous closing of Rs. 1318.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1333.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1353.00 and Rs. 1320.30 respectively. So far 23691 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1812.40 on 22-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1088.55 on 11-Apr-2025.

Prestige Estates Projects has entered into a joint venture with ABIL Group (a developer of premium real estate and hospitality in Pune and Mumbai) to develop a land parcel through Aaramnagar Realty LLP.
Aaramnagar Realty LLP jointly holds the Development rights to land parcel in Aram Nagar, Versova, Mumbai. The development spans a land area of around 6 acres and offers a total development potential of around 1.7 million square feet (RERA area), with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of over Rs 9,000 crore.
The proposed development is envisaged as a premium residential project, catering to the growing demand for high-quality developments in Mumbai’s western suburbs. Versova continues to be a sought-after micro-market, driven by its strong social infrastructure, connectivity, and proximity to key commercial hubs.
