Prestige Estates climbs on completing two landmark residential developments in Hyderabad
Prestige Estates Projects is currently trading at Rs. 1459.70, up by 37.70 points or 2.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 1422.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1416.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1,463.40 and Rs. 1416.35 respectively. So far 8046 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1804.65 on 03-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1090.45 on 02-Apr-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1,494.90 and Rs. 1,416.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 62059.61 crore.

Together, the two developments comprise 1,047 homes, including 928 residences at Prestige Clairemont and 119 villas at Bellagio.

Bellagio at The Prestige City Hyderabad is the villa component of the larger The Prestige City Hyderabad, a landmark integrated development at Rajendra Nagar. The completion of these two projects further strengthens Prestige Estates’ growing presence in Hyderabad.
