This budget is a positive step as it has not brought out any adverse changes , has retained direct & indirect tax rates at same level & made attempts to minimize litigation for tax payers by exempting them from litigation upto a specified amount, which is a welcome step. It has rightly given boost to start ups .We look forward to more such positive steps in the detailed budget to unfold soon after Lok Sabha election results.
