Poonawalla Fincorp shines on raising Rs 1525 crore through NCDs

Poonawalla Fincorp shines on raising Rs 1525 crore through NCDs is currently trading at Rs. 400.85, up by 4.30 points or 1.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 396.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 396.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 401.45 and Rs. 393.50 respectively. So far 32416 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 513.95 on 22-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 267.25 on 04-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 401.95 and Rs. 379.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 31198.38 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.53%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.13% and 17.33% respectively.

Poonawalla Fincorp has raised Rs 1525 crore through the allotment of 1,52,500 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, through private placement. The Finance Committee vide resolution dated April 21, 2025, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the company has approved allotment of the same.
