PNB Housing Finance gains on reporting 23% rise in Q1 consolidated net profit
PNB Housing Finance is currently trading at Rs. 1092.55, up by 7.20 points or 0.66% from its previous closing of Rs. 1085.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1109.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1115.90 and Rs. 1082.45 respectively. So far 102287 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1201.45 on 13-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 741.00 on 23-Jul-2024.

PNB Housing Finance has reported 21.20% rise in its net profit at Rs 531.73 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 438.71 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 13.64% at Rs 2070.61 crore for Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 1822.01 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 23.26% rise in net profit at Rs 533.50 crore for Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 432.81 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 13.63% at Rs 2081.87 crore for Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 1832.08 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
