Prime Minister Narendra Modi on August 23 paid floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi in Ukraine’s Kyiv. Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on August 23 arrived at Kyiv Central Railway Station from Poland. He began his one-day visit to Ukraine. This is the first visit by an Indian Prime Minister to Ukraine since its independence from the Soviet Union in 1991.
