"Gold ETFs have seen healthy inflows earlier as investors were on a lookout for liquidity and price transparency amid the geopolitical uncertainty. However, the asset class is witnessing bouts of volatility, majorly due to movements in global interest rates and currency markets influenced by a multiverse of external factors.
In the near term, this trend is likely to remain volatile as markets are rapidly recalibrating their risk appetite based on real-time developments. Also. while ETF products have gained favour for convenience and lower entry cost, physical gold, though currently on the weaker side in terms of demand, will continue to compete closely with ETF variants."
