Park Medi World rises on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Park Medi World is currently trading at Rs. 282.60, up by 0.50 points or 0.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 282.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 282.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 284.05 and Rs. 281.15 respectively. So far 6361 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 305.25 on 01-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 138.15 on 18-Dec-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 293.00 and Rs. 277.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12210.69 crore.

Park Medi World has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in the name and style of ‘Park Medicity Prayagraj’ on September 08, 2026, pursuant to issuance of Certificate of Incorporation by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The entity will deal in healthcare sector, for the development and operation of a 550-bed multi-super-speciality hospital in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, which has been awarded to the company under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model by the Prayagraj Municipal Corporation, Uttar Pradesh.
