Paras Defence surges as its arm to supply high-end counter UAS technology to France`s CERBAIR
Paras Defence and Space Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 1686.25, up by 58.85 points or 3.62% from its previous closing of Rs. 1627.40 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1643.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1700.00 and Rs. 1631.35 respectively. So far 158271 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1943.60 on 19-May-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 802.00 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1700.00 and Rs. 1587.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6794.52 crore.

Paras Defence and Space Technologies’ subsidiary-- Paras Anti Drone Technologies is planning to supply high-end counter-unmanned aerial vehicle technology to France-based CERBAIR in a deal worth Rs 22 crore. The European counter-UAV company intends to acquire up to 30 CHIMERA 200 systems -- an advanced man-portable radio frequency detection and neutralisation device which has been designed as primary defence against drone and swarm drone threats, as part of the deal.
The deal strengthens India’s position as an emerging and reliable exporter of sophisticated defence technologies. It also aligns with the country’s Make in India and Defence Production & Export Promotion Policy goals of achieving $5 billion in annual defence exports by 2025.
The CHIMERA 200, field-proven across India’s critical infrastructure sites, offers robust and upgradeable wideband detection and neutralization capabilities, rapid deployment features and adaptability against evolving UAV threats, making it appealing to domestic as well as international security agencies. This has generated international demand, with CERBAIR prioritizing advanced detection and neutralization power customization to address Europe's intensifying security landscape. This partnership reflects global confidence in India's ability to develop & deliver reliable and cost-effective defence solutions at scale.
