Paras Defence and Space Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 704.85, up by 1.65 points or 0.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 703.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 700.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 710.85 and Rs. 697.50 respectively. So far 30419 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 971.80 on 19-May-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 401.00 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 726.95 and Rs. 692.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5686.64 crore.

Paras Defence and Space Technologies has incorporated a subsidiary company in the name of ‘Paras Heven Advanced Drones’ on October 15, 2025. The company has subscribed to 5,100 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 51,000. With this, the company holds 51% of equity shares in the Paras Heven Advanced Drones.

The new entity will undertake the business of development and production of logistics and cargo drones for defence and civil market.

Paras Defence and Space Technologies is primarily engaged in the designing, developing, manufacturing, and testing of a variety of defence and space engineering products and solutions.
