Paisalo Digital zooms on planning to raise funds via NCDs

Paisalo Digital is currently trading at Rs. 35.41, up by 1.27 points or 3.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 34.14 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 34.13 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 35.62 and Rs. 33.66 respectively. So far 200953 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 81.95 on 12-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 29.75 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 35.62 and Rs. 30.06 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3197.23 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.37%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.15% and 28.47% respectively.
Paisalo Digital is planning to raise funds by way of issuance of Listed, Secured, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement basis. Meeting of Operations and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on May 15, 2025 to consider and approve the same.
