Pace Digitek rises on incorporating subsidiary
Pace Digitek is currently trading at Rs. 198.40, up by 1.50 points or 0.76% from its previous closing of Rs. 196.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 201.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 202.45 and Rs. 196.60 respectively. So far 21880 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 232.20 on 10-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 183.10 on 30-Dec-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 202.45 and Rs. 184.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4323.50 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.50%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.24% and 22.27% respectively.
Pace Digitek has incorporated Subsidiary with the name ‘Pace Ecoplanet Solace’ on January 05, 2026. The Subsidiary shall act as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the execution of the order received from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MSPGCL).
The Subsidiary shall manufacture, assemble, purchase, import, export and otherwise deal in India or abroad in all types of cells, batteries, energy storage devices, conversion and generation devices, appliances, gadgets, equipment’s and products, including power packs, power supplies; generators, solar panels, chargers and sub-assemblies, components, parts and accessories thereof.
