Pace Digitek rises on completing acquisition of entire stake in Inso Pace
Pace Digitek is currently trading at Rs. 181.25, up by 0.60 points or 0.33% from its previous closing of Rs. 180.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 183.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 183.95 and Rs. 180.50 respectively. So far 11631 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 232.20 on 10-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 139.50 on 30-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 183.95 and Rs. 174.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3915.54 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.52%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.34% and 24.14% respectively.
Pace Digitek has completed the acquisition of the entire equity shareholding of Inso Pace. Consequent to the completion of the aforesaid acquisition, Inso Pace has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the company.
