Oswal Pumps zooms on securing LoI worth Rs 297.50 crore from TGREDCO

Oswal Pumps is currently trading at Rs. 289.00, up by 14.95 points or 5.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 274.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 289.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 296.45 and Rs. 287.10 respectively. So far 99259 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 803.45 on 23-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 267.50 on 16-Sep-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 296.45 and Rs. 270.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3297.02 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.56% and 18.79% respectively.

Oswal Pumps has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth around Rs 297.50 crore (including GST) from the Telangana Renewable Energy Development Corporation (TGREDCO). The LoI is for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of 2 kW, 5 kW and 10 kW on-grid solar rooftop PV power plants across 9,937 government schools in 33 districts of Telangana.

The project covers an aggregate capacity of 46,705 kW (46.7 MW) and includes the deployment of Mono PERC/TOPCON solar modules, along with normal structures, RMS and comprehensive maintenance for a period of five years. The Installation is to be completed within 180 days from the date of receiving of work order.
