Orient Technologies has filed draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO).
Proceeds from the fresh issue would be used for funding its capital expenditure requirements, acquisition of office premises at Navi Mumbai, and general corporate purposes. Elara Capital (India) is the sole book running lead manager to the issue. The equity shares will be listed on the BSE and NSE.
