Nureca soars on getting nod to purchase land in India
Nureca is currently trading at Rs. 268.00, up by 6.20 points or 2.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 261.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 268.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 272.50 and Rs. 261.00 respectively. So far 1389 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 447.00 on 20-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 240.90 on 04-Jun-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 275.00 and Rs. 261.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 268.00 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.06%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.36% and 35.58% respectively.
Nureca has received approval for purchasing land located in India for building manufacturing, research and development and warehousing/storage facilities. The company will plan to set up the industry in any state of India where the company will get maximum benefits from any state and central governments for all incentives and subsidies that may be available to strengthen company’s business which will contribute to optimizing the company’s financial efficiency and help in achieving company's strategic objectives and long-term growth plans.
The board has also approved a total investment of upto Rs 30 crore for such purchase of land, building manufacturing, research and development and warehousing/storage facilities. The Board of Directors of the company at the meeting held on February 24, 2025, has approved the same.
