NLC India rises on BSE

NLC India is currently trading at Rs. 273.00, up by 1.55 points or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 271.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 274.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 274.70 and Rs. 270.90 respectively. So far 16541 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 387.70 on 14-May-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 230.00 on 08-Dec-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 282.10 and Rs. 268.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 37820.51 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.47%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.87% and 8.65% respectively.

NLC India’s wholly owned subsidiary -- NLC India Renewables (NIRL) has secured Letter of Award (LoA) from SJVN for development of 200 MW Wind Power project. NIRL emerged as a successful bidder in the Request for Selection (RfS) floated by SJVN for selection of Wind Power Developers for supply of 600 MW Wind Power from ISTS connected Wind Power Projects on PAN India basis.

The project was awarded under Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding process, with NIRL bagging a contracted capacity of 200 MW.
