National Securities Depository lists with 10% premium on the BSE

National Securities Depository has debuted at Rs 880.00 on the BSE, up by 80 points or 10% from its issue price of Rs 800.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 911.25, up by 111.25 points or 13.90% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 920.00 and Rs. 880.00 respectively. So far 208.43 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between July 30, 2025 and August 1, 2025 was subscribed 41.02 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 800 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 760-800 apiece.
NSDL is a Sebi-registered market infrastructure institution offering a wide range of products and services to the financial and securities markets in India. Following the introduction of the Depositories Act in 1996, NSDL pioneered the dematerialisation of securities in India in November 1996.
