Motilal Oswal AMC announces re-designation of head of equity and debt

Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund.

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MF) informed that Ajay Khandelwal has been re designated as Head – Equity and Mr. Rakesh Shetty has been re-designated as Head – Debt, with effect from opening business hours of June 5, 2026. It may also be noted that they will continue with their current fund management roles for designated schemes respectively. Accordingly, their details appearing in Statement of Additional Information (SAI) under the section titled ‘Key Personnel’ of the Asset Management Company shall stand modified.
