Motilal Oswal AMC announces about re-designation of head of equity and debt of MOMF
Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Scheme(s) of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MOMF).
Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MOMF) has informed that Ajay Khandelwal has been re-designated as Head – Equity and Rakesh Shetty has been re-designated as Head – Debt, with effect from opening business hours of June 5, 2026. The AMC has further informed that that they will continue with their current fund management roles for designated schemes respectively. Accordingly, their details appearing in Statement of Additional Information (SAI) under the section titled ‘Key Personnel’ of the Asset Management Company’ shall stand modified.
This notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SAI, SID and KIM of the aforementioned Schemes of MOMF. The SAI, SID and KIM of the Schemes of MOMF shall be suitably modified. All other terms & conditions of the aforementioned Schemes shall remain unchanged.
