The markets are expected to open marginally higher today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a positive start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 64 points lower at 22,716 on Tuesday.

 

Anupam Rasayan Ltd.

The company acquired 50.07% of Bliss GVS Pharma for Rs 162.74 Cr, becoming promoter, with a 48.2% stake acquisition completed at Rs 299 per share.

Global Health Ltd.

The company was allotted 10,560 sq. metre of land in Ghaziabad for Rs 165.82 Cr, planning to develop a 350+ bedded hospital.

H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd.

The company's subsidiary H.G. Gobindpur Tangi Highway Pvt. Ltd. received financial close for the Rs 1,582.11 Cr Gobindpur-Tangi highway project in Odisha.

Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd.

The company signed a Rs 4,200 Cr loan agreement with DVC on September 28, 2026 to finance renewable energy projects.

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd.

The company's sponsored InvIT, IRB InvIT Fund, raised Rs 2,351 Cr via institutional placement and preferential units allotment, with the company investing Rs 351 Cr to retain 16% stake.

The company received a Rs 2,025 Cr turnkey EPC order from NACOF Oorja Pvt. Ltd. for a 500 MW solar project in Rajasthan, to be completed in 12 months.

Navin Fluorine International Ltd.

The company commissioned its Rs 75 Cr debottlenecking of the Multi Purpose Plant at Dahej Site 1, with commercial production and dispatch starting September 29, 2026.

Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Ltd.

The company signed agreements to acquire a 26% stake in an SPV for the 46.4 MW wind-solar hybrid renewable project in Rajasthan, in partnership with CleanMax.

Sagar Cements Ltd.

The company's subsidiary Andhra Cements expanded grinding capacity from 1.82 MTPA to 3.00 MTPA at its Dachepalli plant, lifting group capacity to 11.75 MTPA.
