The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a negative start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 639 points higher at 25,727 on Tuesday.


 

Adani Enterprises

The company said Adani Defence & Aerospace signed an MoU with Leonardo to build an integrated helicopter manufacturing ecosystem in India.

CONCOR

The company signed an MoU with SCI JNPA VOCPA CPA and SMFCL to form proposed JV Bharat Container Shipping Line with CONCOR and SCI holding 30% each.

Indian Railway Finance Corporation

The company signed a tripartite MoU with VOCPA and Sagarmala Finance to jointly explore financing for the Outer Harbour project at Tuticorin Port and other port-led multimodal infrastructure projects.

KEC International

The company secured new EPC orders worth Rs1,020 crore across civil transportation T&D and cables segments in India and overseas markets.

NBCC (India)

The company received multiple domestic project management consultancy work orders aggregating Rs 271.32 crore including Rs 232.13 crore Namami Ganga Aquarium project.

NLC India

The company received a LOA from SECI to set up 600 MW renewable capacity with 300 MW 1800 MWh energy storage under tariff-based bidding in India.

NTPC Green Energy

The company declared commercial operation of the second 125 MW tranche of the 500 MW Bhadla Solar PV project in Rajasthan, taking group installed capacity to 8,813.25 MW.

Nuvoco Vistas Corporation

The company completed acquisition of 100% stake in Algebra Endeavour Private Limited holding Vadraj Energy Gujarat from JSW Cement and Alpha Alternatives.

Power Grid Corporation of India

The company acquired SR and ER Power Transmission under TBCB for Rs 19.63 crore to develop a 765 kV inter regional transmission project across Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.

Reliance Industries

The company acquired 50.1% equity stake in Sikhya Entertainment via subsidiary RSBVL for Rs 150 crore to strengthen Jio Studios’ content portfolio.

Varroc Engineering

The company won a six-year contract to supply AC bi-directional wall chargers to a global EV OEM with peak annual value Rs 4,391 million.
