Modi's Navnirman is currently trading at Rs. 346.05, up by 8.05 points or 2.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 338.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 349.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 349.40 and Rs. 345.30 respectively. So far 4 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 408.00 on 14-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 220.00 on 19-Feb-2025.

Modis Navnirman has secured redevelopment project for BOI Staff Sheetal Co-operative Housing Society, located at Ramnagar, Borivali (West), Mumbai. The redevelopment project is spread across a land parcel of around 3924.91 Sq. meters of plot area and is estimated to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 250 crore.

The project will focus on creating a modern, high-quality residential development that significantly enhances safety standards, sustainability features, and lifestyle amenities for residents.
