Mirae AMC announces change in address of ISC
Mirae Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Statement Of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of ITI Asset Mutual Fund.
Mirae Asset MF informed that ISC of KFin Technologies, Registrar and Transfer Agent for schemes of MAMF at ‘1 st Floor Puja Tower, 48 Chambers Elite Crossing, Jhansi - 284001, Uttar Pradesh’ will be shifted to new premises at ‘1 st Floor, Basera Arcade, Opp. Major Dhyanchand Stadium, BKT Chitra Road, Civil Lines, Jhansi - 284001, Uttar Pradesh’, with effective from November 03, 2025.
This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document(s)/ Key Information Memorandum(s) of the Scheme(s), as applicable, of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms and condition as mentioned in the SID & KIM will remain unchanged.
