Max Estates zooms on planning to enter into JDA for 9.76-acre land parcel in Ghaziabad

Max Estates is currently trading at Rs. 633.00, up by 31.20 points or 5.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 601.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 620.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 653.60 and Rs. 605.40 respectively. So far 47723 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 653.60 on 24-Sep-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 305.55 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 653.60 and Rs. 574.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10452.75 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.26%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 34.04% and 20.71% respectively.

Max Estates is planning to enter into a joint development agreement (JDA) for an around 9.76-acre land parcel in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, envisaging a super built-up development potential of around 1.5 million sq. ft. and an estimated  gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 2,500-3,000 crore.

The proposed transaction shall be subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence, receipt of all requisite approvals and execution of the JDA. The land is Located along National Expressway-3 with a buffer green belt, around 15 minutes’ drive from Akshardham Temple, and overlooking the green buffer zone of the Hindon River, with superior connectivity from both Delhi and Noida.
