The markets are expected to open marginally higher today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a positive start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 3 points lower at 25,815 on Thursday.

The company secured Rs.4,725 crore debt from PFC, NaBFID and Yes Bank for greenfield 300 MW Sigma FDRE, 150 MW Platinum ESS and 300 MW Sikar refinancing.

The company plans to expand its HVAC-focused R&D centre in Punjab with planned investment of Rs.500 crore under the state incentive policy.

Apollo Micro Systems

The company awarded a USD 3.25 million contract to Adsun Offshore Diving Contractors for diving services on Vessel SEAMEC III for ONGC pipeline projects.

Tata Power

The company invested Rs.64 crore as the third tranche, completing 40% equity acquisition in Khorlochhu Hydro Power under a total investment of ~Rs.830 crore.
