Manipal Health gains on signing BTA to acquire Kinder Women's Hospital in Bengaluru

Manipal Health Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 732.50, up by 10.80 points or 1.50% from its previous closing of Rs. 721.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 724.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 738.00 and Rs. 724.25 respectively. So far 39334 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 738.00 on 17-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 626.00 on 06-Aug-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 738.00 and Rs. 675.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 96594.72 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.08%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.11% and 18.81% respectively.

Manipal Health Enterprises has signed Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Kindorama Healthcare (Seller) on August 17, 2026, for acquiring the entire operations of the Kinder Women’s Hospital and Fertility Centre, situated in Doddanekundi Industrial Area, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The acquisition is allied to the current business and would result in growth opportunities in line with the strategic directions of the company. The acquisition cost is Rs 130 crore, and the acquisition shall be completed within 90 days from the date of execution.
