Mahindra Lifespace rises on acquiring 15-acre land parcel in Mumbai

Mahindra Lifespace Developers is currently trading at Rs. 357.80, up by 6.15 points or 1.75% from its previous closing of Rs. 351.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 359.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 361.05 and Rs. 355.00 respectively. So far 4204 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 428.35 on 01-Dec-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 288.00 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 361.05 and Rs. 331.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7632.34 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.41%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 30.51% and 17.09% respectively.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers has acquired a 15-acre land parcel in Kandivali East, Mumbai. The project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 5,600 crore with a development potential of around 1.8 million square feet.

Strategically located in Kandivali East, the open greenfield land parcel benefits from excellent connectivity to the Western Express Highway and existing metro corridors. The location is supported by established social infrastructure, including schools, hospitals, and retail hubs, and continues to witness strong residential absorption driven by end-user demand.

The project's accessibility is expected to be further enhanced by the upcoming Borivali-Thane Twin Tunnel, a landmark infrastructure initiative that is set to significantly reduce travel time between Mumbai's western suburbs and Thane, strengthening regional connectivity and supporting the area's long-term growth prospects.
