Magellanic Cloud shines as its arm bags LOA worth Rs 29.13 crore
Magellanic Cloud is currently trading at Rs. 24.96, up by 1.32 points or 5.58% from its previous closing of Rs. 23.64 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 24.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 25.15 and Rs. 23.99 respectively. So far 64689 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 73.71 on 16-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 19.43 on 30-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 25.15 and Rs. 23.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1470.31 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.23% and 45.72% respectively.
Magellanic Cloud wholly owned subsidiary -- Provigil Surveillance has secured a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) worth Rs 29.13 crore from Northern Railway, Moradabad Division. The LOA is for the provision of CCTV and integrated e-surveillance infrastructure at railway stations between LRJ–HW and HW–RKSH for KUMBH MELA 2027 in Haridwar. The project is scheduled for completion within three months from the date of the LOA, followed by a five-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) after completion of the warranty period.
The scope of order includes IP-based CCTV cameras, Video Management System (VMS), video recording servers, storage systems, video analytics and face recognition systems to support surveillance and monitoring capabilities. The deployment includes Command & Control Centre infrastructure, Network Management System (NMS), firewall, workstations, displays and associated networking components to enable centralised monitoring and management of the surveillance systems.
