Lodha Developers moves up as its consolidated net profit jumps 87% in Q2

Lodha Developers has reported 14.69% fall in its net profit at Rs 335.60 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26) as compared to Rs 393.40 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 13.66% at Rs 3,047.30 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 2,681.00 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 86.50% jump in its net profit at Rs 788.70 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 422.90 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 44.49% at Rs 3,878.90 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 2,684.60 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
