Lodha Developers gains on reporting around 23% growth in pre-sales during Q4FY26
Lodha Developers is currently trading at Rs. 721.75, up by 9.80 points or 1.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 711.95 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 711.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 723.75 and Rs. 702.60 respectively. So far 42586 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1534.25 on 09-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 650.85 on 02-Apr-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 723.75 and Rs. 650.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 71482.37 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.85%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 26.66% and 1.48% respectively.
Lodha Developers has reported around 23% growth in pre-sales at Rs 5,890 crore (provisional) in the fourth quarter of FY26 (Q4FY26) as compared to Rs 4,810 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, pre-sales stood at Rs 20,530 crore (provisional) as compared to Rs 17,630 crore in FY25.
Its collections for the March quarter grew by 13% to Rs 5,230 crore (provisional) as compared to Rs 4,440 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, collections stood at Rs 15,160 crore (provisional).
