Lloyds Enterprises surges on getting nod to sell 24.20% equity stake in LICL

Lloyds Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 45.05, up by 0.66 points or 1.49% from its previous closing of Rs. 44.39 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 44.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 45.55 and Rs. 43.75 respectively. So far 148995 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 63.17 on 23-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 27.90 on 01-Apr-2024.

Lloyds Enterprises (LEL) has received approval from board to sell 24.20% equity stake in Lloyds Infrastructure & Construction (LICL). Consequent, LICL will cease to be an Associate Company of LEL. The consideration received from such sale will be Rs 31.36 crore.
