LKP Finance trades higher on the BSE
LKP Finance is currently trading at Rs. 1123.05, up by 48.00 points or 4.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 1075.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1098.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1128.80 and Rs. 1075.05 respectively. So far 14441 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1128.80 on 09-Jan-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 166.52 on 13-Jan-2025.

LKP Finance has entered into a trademark license agreement with Vouchagram India (Licensor and Group Company). Vouchagram India owns certain registered trademarks in India, which have been developed and invested in by it. Vouchagram India is a leading company in India engaged in the business of buying, reselling of gift cards, vouchers, and providing gifting and loyalty solutions. Under the said agreement, the Vouchagram India has granted the company a license to use trademark names which includes Gyftr, Vouchagram, Voucher World (Word Mark) and MyGyFTR (Word Mark). The arrangement is expected to support the company’s expansion into complementary business segments and strengthen its growth prospects.
Earlier in October, 2025, the company had altered the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association to enable the company to expand its operations into new and allied business areas with significant growth potential.
