LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management change in details of Key Personnel

LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management (AMC) has announced modification to Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) Of LIC Mutual Fund. LIC Mutual Fund has informed that, Ashis Kumar has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and designated as a Key Personnel for the Schemes of LIC Mutual Fund with effect from April 22, 2026. 

Accordingly, following details of Ashis Kumar hereby stand inserted under Section ‘Information on Key Personnel’: Ashis Kumar (56 years), is a B.A (Honors) graduate from St Xavier’s College, Ranchi. He has completed Post Graduate Executive Program from IIM Ahmedabad and is a fellow of the Insurance Institute of India – Insurance Institute of India. Prior to this, Ashis has also held various positions like Regional Manager - Marketing, South Central Zone, LIC of India (April 2025- April 2026), Chief – Investment - Central Office, LIC of India (April 2024- April 2025), Secretary- Investment, Central Office - LIC of India (May 2022- April 2024), Senior - Divisional Manager, Bangalore 2 Division - LIC of India (June 2020- May 2022), Senior  -Divisional Manager, Bangalore 1 Division - LIC of India (May 2017- June 2020) and Deputy Secretary- Investment, Back Office Central Office - LIC of India (June 2015- May 2017).
