LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management announces cessation of director
LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management (AMC) has announced modification to Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of LIC Mutual Fund.
LIC Mutual Fund has informed that, Tribhuvan Adhikari ceases to be an Associate Director on the Board of LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management from the close of business hours of 28th August 2026 on account of superannuation from LIC Housing Finance.
All references of Tribhuvan Adhikari in the SAI stand deleted. This Notice cum Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of LIC Mutual Fund as amended from time to time. All other contents of the SAI will remain unchanged.
