LIC MF AMC announces appointment of Key Personnel, change in Fund Management Responsibilities
LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the select schemes and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of LIC Mutual Fund.
LIC Mutual Fund has informed that, Dhaval Sangoi has been appointed as the Assistant Fund Manager & Equity Research Analyst and designated as a Key Personnel of the AMC with effect from 17th August 2026. Accordingly, following details of Dhaval Sangoi hereby stand inserted under Section ‘Information on Key Personnel’: Dhaval Sangoi (37 years), is a CFA charterholder and holds a BMS degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. He has overall 12+ years of experience. Presently Mr Dhaval is working as Assistant Fund Manager and Equity Research Analyst at LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management with effect from 17th August 2026. Prior to joining LIC AMC, he was associated with Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company as Equity Research Analyst (July 2024 – August 2026) and Credit Suisse Business Analytics (India) as Vice President – Equity Research (October 2015 – July 2024).
Further, Fund Manager(s) of LIC MF Multi Cap Fund has been revised from Dikshit Mittal to Dikshit Mittal, Mahesh Bendre & Nikhil Kapoor, the Fund Manager(s) of LIC MF Small Cap Fund has been revised from Dikshit Mittal to Dikshit Mittal & Sudhanshu Asthana, the Fund Manager(s) of LIC MF Dividend Yield Fund has been revised from Dikshit Mittal to Dikshit Mittal, & Sumit Bhatnagar and the Fund Manager(s) of LIC MF Healthcare Fund has been revised from Sudhanshu Asthana to Sudhanshu Asthana & Dhaval Sangoi with effect from September 01, 2026.
Accordingly, the relevant sections of SID and KIM of the aforementioned Schemes and SAI of the LIC Mutual Fund stands modified in accordance with the above.
