LIC AMC announces cessation of director

LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management has announced addendum to Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of LIC Mutual Fund.

LIC Mutual Fund has informed that Paul Lobo (Associate Director) has ceased to be a Director on the Board of the AMC with effect from the close of business hours of 28th February 2025 on account of his resignation from the Board of the AMC. Accordingly, all references of Paul Lobo appearing in the SAI stand deleted.

All other terms & conditions of SAI remain unchanged. This notice cum addendum will form an integral part of the SAI of the Fund.
