LIC AMC announces appointment of Associate Director
LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of LIC Mutual Fund.
LIC Mutual Fund has informed that, Sachindra Dattaram Salvi (DIN: 10930663) has been appointed as an Associate Director on the Board of the AMC with effect from 14th March 2025. Accordingly, the following details pertaining to Salvi stand added under the Section ‘Details of AMC Directors’ in the SAI:
Sachindra Dattaram Salvi (58 years), holds a Master’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University and Fellow Member Insurance Institute of India. He joined LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management as Associate Director on 14th March 2025. Prior to joining LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management, Sachindra has worked in GIC Housing Finance Mumbai as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (1st March 2025 onwards) and as Officer on Special Duty (2nd January 2025 – 28th February 2025). He has also worked as General Manager (29th April 2024- 1st January 2025), Deputy General Manager (12th July 2021- 28th April 2024), Assistant General Manager (15th September 2017 – 9th July 2021) in General Insurance Corporation of India, Mumbai and Chief Manager (16th September 2013 – 14th September 2017) in General Insurance Corporation of India, London.
This Notice cum Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of LIC Mutual Fund as amended from time to time. All other contents of the SAI remain unchanged.
