Leo Dryfruits moves up on entering into distribution agreement for Kinjal brand

Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading is currently trading at Rs. 60.00, up by 0.95 points or 1.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 59.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 59.04 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 61.00 and Rs. 59.02 respectively. So far 122000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 86.00 on 29-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 40.00 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 62.67 and Rs. 56.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 109.14 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.11%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.91% and 60.98% respectively.

Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading has entered into an exclusive sales and distribution agreement with Vijay Ratilal Mehta HUF, operating under the trade and brand name ‘Kinjal’. Under the Agreement, the company has been granted exclusive rights to procure, distribute and sell specified ready-to-eat and packaged food products under the Kinjal brand. The agreement also provides for transfer/acquisition of ownership rights in the ‘Kinjal’ brand in favour of the company, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

The strategic arrangement is expected to strengthen the company's product portfolio, enhance its presence in the packaged and ready-to-eat food segment, expand its market reach and support future business growth initiatives. The agreement provides for payment of royalty at 2% on net sales/revenue derived from the use of the ‘Kinjal’ brand, subject to the terms of the Agreement.
