Lemon Tree Hotels surges on executing HOA for new property in Andhra Pradesh

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 162.80, up by 2.60 points or 1.62% from its previous closing of Rs. 160.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 159.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 163.60 and Rs. 159.25 respectively. So far 6531 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 180.60 on 08-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 110.55 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 164.25 and Rs. 159.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12727.44 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.16% and 36.56% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has executed Hotel Operation Agreement (HOA) in respect of upcoming hotel at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh by Carnation Hotels, a wholly subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Carnations Hotels shall operate the hotel under brand name ‘Lemon Tree Suites’ subject to execution of licence agreement by Lemon Tree Hotels. Lemon Tree Suites, Tirupati is located in one of India’s most revered spiritual destinations, best known for the Sri Venkateswara Temple, which draws millions of devotees every year.

Nestled in the Eastern Ghats of Andhra Pradesh, the town beautifully blends deep-rooted tradition with natural serenity, offering a sense of calm, devotion, and cultural richness. Tirupati is also known for its well-organized pilgrim infrastructure, lush hill landscapes, and sacred rituals that create a powerful, immersive spiritual experience for visitors from across the world

The key features of the hotel will include 228 well-appointed rooms and suites. A restaurant, A banquet and a meeting room and Recreational facilities include a swimming pool and a spa. The Tirupati International Airport, is around 10 kms away from the property, while the Tirupati Railway Station is about 6.3 kms away. The hotel is well connected by both public and private transport.

Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
