Lemon Tree Hotels soars on launching Lemon Tree Premier in Tirupati

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 171.50, up by 5.15 points or 3.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 166.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 168.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 172.70 and Rs. 167.10 respectively. So far 111005 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 180.60 on 08-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 110.55 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 172.70 and Rs. 161.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13567.22 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.31% and 36.41% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has launched its latest property - Lemon Tree Premier, Tirupati. The hotel is managed by Carnation Hotels, wholly owned subsidiary and the hotel management arm of Lemon Tree. This managed hotel features 111 well-appointed rooms & suites, complemented by Citrus Cafe – a multi-cuisine restaurant, Slounge - the hip recreational bar, the Pool Bar & Grill, banquet spaces, a spa, a fitness center and the swimming pool.

Of this, 54 rooms & suites along with Citrus Cafe opened today in the first phase. The remaining 57 rooms along with Slounge, the Pool Bar & Grill, banquet spaces, a spa, a fitness center and the swimming pool are set to open in the second phase. 

Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
