Lemon Tree Hotels rises on signing new property in Punjab

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 132.20, up by 1.45 points or 1.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 130.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 131.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 133.45 and Rs. 131.20 respectively. So far 45390 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 162.25 on 02-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 112.30 on 07-Oct-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 146.05 and Rs. 124.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10457.65 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.77%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.81% and 36.43% respectively.
Lemon Tree Hotels has signed - Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Moga, Punjab. The property, which shall be franchised under Lemon Tree Hotels, is expected to start operations in FY 2026.

The hotel is also well-connected by road, offering easy access to both public and private transport.
