Lemon Tree Hotels rises on signing agreement for Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels in Manali

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 113.30, up by 0.60 points or 0.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 112.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 112.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 113.90 and Rs. 112.50 respectively. So far 880939 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 180.60 on 08-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 99.70 on 16-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 115.60 and Rs. 108.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8976.15 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.32%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 33.80% and 43.89% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a Franchise Agreement viz. Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Manali. This addition marks the Keys Lite brand's entry into Manali, one of North India's most popular leisure destinations, further strengthening the group's presence in Himachal Pradesh.

This Hotel will feature 24 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, lounge, fitness centre and thoughtfully designed public spaces. The property will be operated under a franchise agreement, further expanding the group's presence across the region. With this signing, the group's portfolio in Himachal Pradesh will comprise 11 hotels, including four operational and seven upcoming properties.
