Lemon Tree Hotels moves up on signing new properties in Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh
Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 150.10, up by 0.60 points or 0.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 149.50 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 147.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 150.50 and Rs. 146.95 respectively. So far 12302 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 162.25 on 02-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 110.55 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 157.45 and Rs. 146.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11836.16 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.31% and 36.41% respectively.
Lemon Tree Hotels has signed three License Agreements viz Lemon Tree Hotel Surat, Lemon Tree Hotel, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand and Lemon Tree Resort, Dalhousie. These properties shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat, Gujarat will feature 85 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room and recreational facilities like a swimming pool, a spa and other public areas. Lemon Tree Hotel, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand will feature 84 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a conference hall and recreational facilities like a swimming pool, a fitness center and other public areas. Lemon Tree Resort, Dalhousie, Himachal Pradesh will feature 75 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, and recreational facilities like a swimming pool, a spa and other public areas.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
