Lemon Tree Hotels moves up on opening Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Nashik

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 108.20, up by 0.65 points or 0.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 107.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 107.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 108.45 and Rs. 107.90 respectively. So far 1459 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 174.25 on 06-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 99.70 on 16-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 108.80 and Rs. 103.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8520.61 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.32%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 33.80% and 43.89% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has opened Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Nashik, marking the Group’s first hotel in the city and further strengthening its presence in Maharashtra. The hotel is managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

The hotel features 48 well-appointed rooms and suites (as against the 45 rooms disclosed to the stock exchanges on August 2, 2024) a multi-cuisine restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, a meeting room and a fitness centre. The opening marks the Group’s debut in Nashik and its 15th operational hotel in Maharashtra, with 16 properties in the state pipeline, including two more upcoming hotels in the city.
