Lemon Tree Hotels gains on signing new property in Uttarakhand

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs 136.95, up by 1.35 points or 1.00% from its previous closing of Rs 135.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 136.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs 138.70 and Rs 134.50 respectively. So far 98336 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 180.60 on 08-Sep-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 110.55 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 153.40 and Rs 134.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 10893.39 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.96% and 36.76% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed its latest property - Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Khurpatal, Uttarakhand. The property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. This hotel will feature 120 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, recreational facilities including a swimming pool, spa and a fitness centre. 

This signing will further strengthen the company’s presence in Uttarakhand, while catering to both religious and leisure travellers for a fresh, vibrant, and value-driven experience.

Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
