Lemon Tree Hotels gains on signing new property in Nepal
Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 162.10, up by 0.95 points or 0.59% from its previous closing of Rs. 161.15 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 162.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 162.70 and Rs. 161.60 respectively. So far 10385 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 180.60 on 08-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 110.55 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 166.95 and Rs. 159.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12822.51 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.16% and 36.56% respectively.
Lemon Tree Hotels has signed its latest property -- Lemon Tree Hotel, Bandipur, Nepal. The property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. This signing will further strengthen the company’s presence in Nepal, while catering to both business and leisure travellers for a fresh, vibrant, and value-driven experience.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Bandipur, Nepal is located in the beautifully preserved town in Nepal's Tanahun District. Once a bustling stop on the India-Tibet trade route, Bandipur is known as a ‘living museum’ for its traditional Newari architecture, cobblestone streets, and cultural heritage.
