Leap India inches up as its arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary in UAE
Leap India is currently trading at Rs. 159.50, up by 0.30 points or 0.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 159.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 158.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 161.40 and Rs. 158.40 respectively. So far 2590 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 171.25 on 19-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 143.10 on 14-Aug-2026.

Leap India’s subsidiary -- LEAP MENA Holdings (LEAP MENA) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, namely ‘LEAP Pallet Pooling Trading L.L.C’, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and accordingly it has become a step-down subsidiary of the Company effective August 21, 2026. The object of incorporation of LEAP Pallet Pooling Trading L.L.C is for providing asset pooling and general trading services to clients in the UAE.
