Lancor Holdings rises on getting nod to raise Rs 25 crore via NCDs

Lancor Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 27.99, up by 1.58 points or 5.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 26.41 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 26.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 27.99 and Rs. 26.15 respectively. So far 17787 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 63.00 on 04-Mar-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 21.00 on 18-Feb-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 27.99 and Rs. 21.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 202.93 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.66%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.21% and 46.12% respectively.

Lancor Holdings has received approval for issuance of Non-Convertible Debenture (NCDs) to the applicant totally aggregating to Rs 25 crore with a Face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement basis in one or more tranches over a period of time. The Board of directors of the company at their meeting held on February 21, 2025 has inter alia approved the same.
